Hi, I have a lovely double room for rent in a nice, quiet cul-de-sac in a private area of Erdington. Room has a double bed, brand new carpets,wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Flat also consists of shared kitchen (with brand new cooker, washer/dryer, fridge and microwave) Kitchen also has a breakfast bar that two people can eat at. Bathroom has a bath and shower. There is a drive at the property and off-road parking. I am a friendly 30 year old professional who only smokes outside. I sometimes look after my parents friendly little dog when they go on holidays (but dog would be kept in my room) I am easy-going but respect other people's privacy.
