We are 3 girls, 2 guys aged 21-26. We are all very sociable and work in and around Birmingham. We work in a variety of professions including accounts (audit), Medical Sales, Software Engineer, Marketing and PR having graduated from various unis across the UK. One thing we have in common is that we all moved into this house share to meet like minded people.
The house was refurbished only 18 months to a very high standard, There is lots of communal space including large lounge, kitchen, dining room and outside patio. Two bathrooms and one ensuite bedroom and three utility areas. Well equiped with TV, telephone, internet sockets and wireless broadband in all rooms.
The room available is a large fully furnished double bedroom. Laminate floors, recently palastererd and painted wall in a neutral, contemorary style.
The property is close to the Hagley Road (A456) and it takes around 10-15 minutes in the car/bus to get the city centre. Bearwood High Street is 10 minutes walk with lots of shops/pubs/restaurants.
We are looking for a twenty something male, who is good fun, outgoing, sociable yet also respectful of everyone in the house. Everyone has a wide range of interests including salsa, gym, football, golf, cycling, going to cinema or out for drinks.
