Hi, were a laidback friendly professional lot ranging in age from 23 to 34, sharing a large Victorian Townhouse in Moseley just minutes walk from the village centre.
Were currently looking for a professional male or female to join us when a double room becomes vacant from 1st September.
As mentioned the room in question is a large double bedroom measuring 12ft * 13ft, on the first floor at the rear of the property, overlooking the garden. The room is unfurninshed and currently carpeted however likely to have exposed original floorboards at the time of tenancy, internet access is also available subject of course to a contribution.
We all share the communal bathroom and kitchen areas (both on ground floor) along with a large lounge and garden, as for responsibilities around the house; well everyone tidies up after themselves however, we are currently considering employing a cleaner on a weekley basis to give all communal areas the onces over.
With a large drive capable of holding four vehicles and currently only one housemate with a car also means there is off road parking available.
Interested then get in touch, we are available for viewing most evenings from 7:30 onwards.
Smoking is permitted however not in communal areas apart from the garden.
