If you are still looking for a houseshare, this is a really good house (I am living there now) in Selly Oak

This is a lovely houseshare, ideal particularly for students at the university, but also suitable for people who want a good home for a low rent. You would have three very nice housemates, who you will be able to meet when you visit the house. The house is fully equipped, with broadband, satellite tv, washing machine and dryer, dish washer, and the kitchen has all the mod cons.

The room is a double, looking out over the garden, and is amazingly pleasant and quiet. You'll find it has all the furniture you need (desk, chest of drawers, shelves etc...) and is double glazed.

The number 21 bus stops just outside the front door, facilities include a local shop 1mns walk away, and the house is close to the Selly Oak Sainsbury's. The 21 takes you straight to the university (Vincent drive) in under 10mns, and the city centre is around 20mns away.

The ideal tenant would be a student, but anyone friendly, reasonably quiet and enjoying a good time would be perfect too!
