The room is fully furnished, is fitted with double gazing windows and central heating. A desk, a single bed and some storage units are provided. The house contains 2 bathrooms (1: shower, sink, toilet and 2: shower/bath, sink, toilet) and a separate shower and separate toilet. There are 2 medium sized kitchens and a very large communal living room.
There is a nice patio area round the back of the house perfect for bbq's in the summer. Flat mates are all very friendly and study various subjects at the University of Bristol. The area the house is in is ideal as it has many nice shops right in front of the door step. Its a 20 minute walk to UoB and a 15min walk into city center. Although the house is above a bar there is no noise to be heard in the house. I look forward to meeting you. Thanks
