The price of the studio is 850?, and I believe that where the studio is located and with the things that it has, you don´t find cheaper and better. The studio is very comfortable, it has heating, fridge, cook, equipped bathroom, Internet, etc?
Its situation is very good, because the studio is near of the Spire (of the center of Dublin, of the O´Connell street 8 minutes), it is near of the Dart 16 minutes and of luas the red line 12 minutes

The bedroom is normally occupied by a couple (we won`t be in the house!!) so there`s a double bed and all other furnishing. Please bring your own bed clothes (except duvet).
