Hello, I have a lovely flat in the centre of Dundee, within walking distance to both unis and colleges ( 5 minutes walk from Abertay Uni, about 10 from Dundee Uni) The room available is very spacious, with original cornicing and ceiling rose, a king-size bed, large chest of drawers, wardrobe and sofa are provided. The room dimensions are 4.1m x 3.7m, if you require a desk I have one which can be added into the room. We have a large kitchen with a full size dining table and lounge area. You would share a bathroom (with bath and shower) and separate wc with only one other person. The flat itself is traditional Victorian, totally modernised inside in immaculate condition throughout, washing machine, fridge freezer and masses of storage space provided. It's in a block of five flats and has a secure grassy garden which is fairly well kept. Bills are not included, we pay weekly into an account which stops a bill at the end of the quarter, I've only been in the property for a few months myself but the neighbours are all great, both flatmates are students, one guy and one girl. I honestly don't think you'd find a better room in Dundee!
