I found a very big flat right in Bruntsfield, and would rent out two rooms to one person or person with a child (it is a non-HMO flat).
But I´m looking someone to share the house, not just the rooms. The flat has two stories, quite a lot of rooms, a big dining kitchen, living room and two bathrooms. it is fully furnished with dishwasher, wireless etc.
I´m looking or a fun and open-minded person who is not boring. someone who enjoy a chat and some wine / beer but is also tidy and likes to create a homely atmosphere.
