We are looking for someone to rent a fully furnished double room in our West End flat.
It is only available from 31/05/2012 - 31/07/2012 (2months).
Located in the West End, it is ideal for access to town. The flat is located between Kelvinbridge and St Georges Cross Subway stops and there is a bus stop outside the flat. It is a 10minute walk from Sauchiehall street and there are many local pubs/24hours very close.
There are currently 3 of us in the flat at the moment ranging in age from 18-25.
The flat is fully equipped with microwave, cooker, kettle, toaster, washing machine and central heating. There is a secure entrance into the close and also parking available right outside.
Bills are included in the rent but council tax is separate (only if professional). That will be split though with the current professional.
