i´m moving out and will need somebody to get in

price: 280 ? a month, plus a bit for tv and internet, like 10 ? a month.

free parking place in the front door.

bust stop 50 meters from the front door, straight to downtown

calm area

close to the technical university

and so on,

the place is really nice, the room has already equipment, bed, lots of space to put clothes and everything you want, maybe just a table is needed, the same as i did now
