Although it is a very central area of the city and five minutes from Graça, the district Sapadores is a more residential neighborhood. The area is safe, I'm living in the district for eleven years and never had any problems.
ROOM- the room has a single bed, size 9m2, is fully furnished, It has a large window to the balcony with views over the river Tejo
APARTMENT- 80 m2 of total area, has a large living room and dining room with one window and a door facing the balcony. has a large kitchen and two bedrooms- my room that faces the backs and the other room that faces the street and has a window to the balcony and the Tejo.
The apartment has only one bathroom that we have to share and it´s a 4º floor/no lift.
RENTAL CONDITIONS-
-The rental price (325 euros) includes the use of the kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine. sheets, toals, blankets are provided.
I have a cleaning lady that comes every 15 days for cleaning all common areas of the house. the rooms are in our care. the monthly value of the employed is 50 euros which we divide by two.
-the cost of cleaning products and toilet paper are shared by both.
-IMPORTANT: One month's deposit must be paid on arrival with the first rent, That deposit will be returned in full on the day of your departure only works as a security.
