We are looking for a friendly couple/two person or single person to move into a double bedroom in a spacious, clean house in Hornsey 10 min walk to Turnpike Lane and Wood Green Tube station (shopping centre, cinemas, market), Bus 29 has a 24hrs service to Central London-Trafalgar Square. The house is neat and tidy and has all appliances (fridge/freezer, oven, washing machine, microwave), and there is proper central heating. Bathroom and toilets are in good condition, kitchen comes with dining room. There is a small garden for barbecue.
140pw all bills included (wi-fi internet, gas, electricity bills, council tax, etc.)
You will need references, 4 weeks deposit and two weeks rent in advance.

There is a laundry room with separate washing machine and dryer and a downstairs guest too. There is also storage rooms in the building so plenty of space for travel luggage, surplus boxes or anything really.
Your room comes fully furnished with French Doors with tons of light. In the room you have a double bed, cupboard and chest of drawers, a TV as well as the option to use the storage room next to your room as an extra closet if you need the extra space.
I currently live a lone in my twenties working for a large national newspaper in London and really easy to get along with.
