Hi there
I've got a large double room to rent in a shared flat. My flatmate is moving out at the end of the month, so I am looking for someone to share with. Its a large double room (I've got the small one) in a comfortable flat. I've been here over 2 years, and I've been very happy here. I'm easygoing, tidy and clean, and would like to share with someone similar. Hobbies include cooking, reading, movies and the odd bottle of red wine!!
Very good transport links - 5 minutes from Sudbury Town Underground (Piccadilly Line), 15 minutes from Wembley Central (Bakerloo Line & London Overground) and 7 minutes from Sudbury & Harrow Road station (National Rail). Also very good bus links.
The room is large and well lit, with plenty of extra space, and the flat is comfortable and fully equipped with hoover, microwave, pots, pans, plates etc, and I'm the only person to share with. Bills are not included, and will be split equally. Amounts to about £110 a month in the winter, but drops in the summer. Broadband available, plus free international calls to landlines.
