Hi, I'm Emer. Looking for someone to share my terraced house (one double room available). Professionals only (no couples). Generally a quiet house and area. Near good bus routes to the city (door to door in about 30-40mins) and Langworthy metrolink is about a 5 min walk. Very close to Salford Quays/Media City(BBC Site) and about a 15 mins drive to the city centre.
The bedroom is to the front of the house, but it's a quiet street. Bathroom has the standard stuff in it! Bedroom 3 is used as a laundry drying/ironing area and some storage. There is a dining room that you could use as your own space (I don't use it) if you wanted and the kitchen is spacious with enough cupboard space.
I'm easy going, fairly laid back type and would like someone who is easy going as well (no major dramas), not messy (I'm no clean freak myself but hate a lot of mess!!), someone to spend an evening with in front of the telly or having a chat with, but not in each other's pockets 24/7. House sharing with me and my dog! About me, I'm a 28 yr old girl who loves the usual stuff, clothes, shoes, shopping, am considered very sociable, professional, non smoker, laid back, fairly tidy, likes cooking, easy to get on with, like to go out with friends to clubs/ bars/parties, but also likes nights in with a movie, social drinker. The dog is really well behaved and loves being around pretty much anyone!
