I am a female looking for a non-smoking professional female flat mate for a lovely apartment in Salford Quays. It's about 7 mins walk to Media City, and located just behind the Lowry Theatre. It's safe, and managed by friendly reception staff both week days and weekends. The apartment overlooks the Manchester ship canal - water views all the way and balcony overlooks Manchester United. Ideally looking for someone from end March/ April (but would consider sooner if the right person). It has all mod cons, washing machine, dishwasher, TV. The room is a double room with shared luxury sized bathroom which has bath and separate shower unit all finished to a high standard. Also there's a Virgin Active Health club just next door so you can literally roll out of bed and into the gym. The Vue Cinema is upstairs also and has a cheap Tuesday club for about £3. The Lowry Theatre is a stone's throw away and always has lots going on. There are restaurants such as Café Rouge, Pizza Express, Wagamama and Prezzo nearby and the Lowry Outlet mall which has a Good discount Marks and Gap for emergency pressies. Also the Trafford centre is only 15 mins bus ride on the X50 and you have a Tescos and Morrisons about 20 mins walk away at Exchange Quay. There is also a convenience store just at the back of the Outlet mall and Booths at the back of Media City. Get in touch if you're interested I can show you round. The tram stop is about 5 mins walk and it will get you to Piccadilly in 20 minutes. Also there are lots of taxis just outside the Lowry if you ever need one.
