I'm renting a single room very nice and large with balcony overlooking naviglio river darsena -
From September onwards.
Price is 550 from September onwards or euro 150 per week for short term period - including utility bills (gas,elettricity, water and winter heating) -Use of kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine etc.) .
The appt have 2 rooms and 1bathroom and I leave with my boyfriend and a cat.
The single room is very spacious, has broadband internet access (fastweb), bed, wardwardrobe, little desk, little bookcase ,tv, dvd, balcony.
Deposit required is one month (and will be deduct as last month payment - no written contract).
The flatmate should be clean, polite, respectfull of privacy, smoke and cat friendly.

I am a 28 year old American student (a man) taking a 5 week ESL certification course in Milano. I am looking for a room to rent from Aug. 22 through Oct. 12I can pay all rental fees up front, and with an estimate, I can pay utilities monthly or up front, whichever you prefer. I arrived in Milan on August 4th and am available to meet you in person as well. I will be traveling with friends from Italy around Europe for the majority of the month of August, before I start the course in Milan.
