our flatmate is moving out at the end of june next year (09) and we have a room available. it has use of its own bathroom facilities. the maisonette is situated on heaton road, right on the number one route, and right next cloughs sweet shop! two very friendly housemates, and one very clean cat. all cat stuff is kept on the second floor, where the other two housemates live. your room is on the first floor. very nicely furnished house, very recently converted from offices at the start of the year. leather sofas and laminate/wood floors, brand new kitchen, fully equipped. room itself is a good size for one, huge cupboard and nice big window. bills work out at 37 pounds each for water, gas, electricity, heating, broadband and cable. unfortunately we dont have any photos of the house, so a viewing is more than welcome.
