Hi there
I am renting out my room in the house that my flatmate and i own because i am having to move due to work commitments. The house is in a nice quiet part of gateshead with a 5 minute walk to the little town centre and a ten minutre walk to the metro centre. The room on offer is a double room with a double bed, desk, drawers, wardrobe and a bedside cabinet .
The rest of the house is modern as it is only 14 years old, the living room has 3 new couches and new LCD television connected to sky + and wireless internet through the whole house. The kitchen is new and large with a dining area and a small yard outside.
The bathroom is a medium size with a bath and electric shower. You would be sharing with a professional guy and girl, both very quiet and friendly.
The rent is £300 PCM which includes the rent, bills, council tax and sky+ and sky broadband.

Hello,
me and the 4 other girls sharing this house at 51 Fairfield Road, West Jesmond, are trying to find somebody to move into the room we have. The girl who couldn't move in for university reasons has left us with a 6 bedrooms masionette/flat and only 5 of us in it.
Its a lovely flat, 2 floors, fully furnished, double beds, dishwasher, washing machine, we are all really nice people so no worries about getting along. It is in a great area, Osbourne road right round the corner, free parking on our street and near streets, tesco express literally 2 seconds away and loads of nice shops and restaraunts.
