Available 23rd November, within a stone's throw of the centre of Caversham and within 20 minutes walk from Reading central railway station.
The house has three double bedrooms and a total of 3 people sharing the house, currently 1 guy and 2 girls. There is an upstairs shower room with washbasin and toilet and an additional downstairs bathroom with toilet, washbasin and bath with shower above. There is an ample kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and there is a washer/drier. Outside is a patio and small garden with side access and locking gate allowing bicycles to be kept securely.
The room is in the attic having a king sized bed and generous floor area, skylight windows opening on two sides of the house and very large storage areas under the eaves. Furnishings include bed, bedside table, desk, shelves and built in wardrobe (under eaves).
The house has broadband internet with wireless access.
There is free parking in the street not far from the house.
The current occupants are easy-going, tidy, friendly, multi-cultural, professional people.
Rent is £300 per calendar month, plus about £41 which covers council tax and broadband internet, paid together with the rent.
Other bills such as electricity/gas and water are paid as and when they arise and shared equally. As an indication the other bills (electricity,gas and water) average about £43 pounds all together per person per month.
There is a deposit required of £475, which will be held by the letting agency and returned at the end of the tenancy.
