Good sized double room with large window at front of property, with really pretty fireplace (blocked off) as main focal point. Room has wardrobe, double bed and chest of drawers.
The flat is neutrally decorated throughout, carpets were installed within last 18 months. Large shared bathroom with mixer-bar shower over bath (really lush shower - the agency only installed it last year!). Shared kitchen with larder, gas cooker, plus fridge and seperate freezer. Moderate sized living room overlooking back garden (no access to garden, but beautiful views of mumbles!). Gas centeral heating (new boiler installed within last 18 months, very energy efficent.)
Flat is within easy walking distance of Swansea Uni (about ten min or so) and town (about twenty-thirty min) and only about five min from the main Swansea beach.
I am a graduate of Swansea Uni and I currently work shifts at a local hotel (not night shifts). I would prefer a flat mate who also worked or a post graduate student. I am fairly easy going, I enjoy cooking, reading, watching films and having fun with my friends.
Property was initally non-furnished (hence cheaper rent) but I now have furniture for all the rooms, but there would be room to add your own if needed/wanted.
